Boxing 101

Learn the Basics and expect to sweat A LOT  and burn 500 calories in 45 minutes. You’ll have a blast learning REAL boxing technique; crushing the heavy bag with guided demo’s & move through some fat-shredding strength & conditioning! This class is based more on the technical side of boxing. This class is programmed by our Olympic Boxing Coach to give you the most effective 45 minute workout possible.
